Garnet - Stone and Earth is a delightful quickie. Cindy gives you a well rounded story. The characters are charming and easy to like. Katie is sweet with a touch of sass, a stand-by-your-man kind of woman and sees the potential for happily-ever-after in Damien. While she won’t force him to gain her heart’s desire, she freely gives him love and support to gain the artifact needed to save his clan. Damien is strong, intelligent and protective and recognizes in Katie the mate he has waited a lifetime to have. The love making is blazing hot and the splashes of humor give the book a nice balance. Cindy Spenser Pape has created a page turner in Garnet - Stone and Earth.
