Michael is changing. Slowly. He’s paler and his appetite is sliding away. Wild Bill isn’t sure what to think. They’ve been so careful, convinced that rubbers kept the vampirism from transferring via sex. When Michael finds a scientist who’s been working on a possible cure, Wild Bill realized things aren’t quite as cut-and-dried as they’d hoped. Where does it leave Michael, though? Where does it leave them?

Channeling Morpheus 4: Tainted is, by far, the best one in this series yet. A big plus is that it’s told through Wild Bill, instead of Michael. Personally, I loved seeing Michael, their relationship, and the world through Wild Bill’s eyes. His feelings for Michael, as confusing as they are for him, are crystal clear to the reader.

I loved watching Wild Bill interact with humans, especially in the opening when they’re in a store. And the scene in the dressing room? Dear God. Do not miss this installment to Jordan Castillo Price’s amazing series. It certainly deserves a Golden Blush!
