Hope Collins is one of three triplets who is a dancer at heart that wants to pursue a life away from home without her parent’s strict rules. Her intended Rhys was going to ask her father’s permission but Corbet does first without her knowing and kidnaps her by drugging her. Now she has escaped from Corbet Jenkins clutches to get as far away from him as possible.
Rhys Mochrie is a guardian and life mate for Hope and he will do whatever he can to protect her from Corbet’s persuasion. Once he finds her again, through the help of her friend, nothing will keep him from protecting her. When he faces him, Rhys does not expect for Corbet to be strong and using tricks which drains him but Hope steps in to save him.
Corbet Jenkins is obsessed with being King and knows that the only way to do that is to take one of the sisters for a sacrifice. While he smoothed his way with the father into accepting the marriage proposal without Hope’s consent, he takes advantage of the family. Now that she has defeated him, he is not giving up easily and they will have to warn the family about him.
I really enjoyed reading Deliverance, Si Ludo Sisters – Book 1, because it was different from the other stories I have read. The suspense kept me wondering about what was not said by the characters and I found it strange that the parents were keeping secrets from the daughters. These characters were very strong and connected to each other even though I found their behavior to be stiff. C.R. Moss has done a beautiful job of writing about love, bondage and deception and I am excited to continue with the next book in the series.
