Astrid Amara knows how to deliver action, passion, suspense and drama. I absolutely loved A Policy of Lies. It’s so nice to have a book where you can’t predict the outcome or the motivation behind each character. For once I found myself stumped and shaking my head in disbelief. That’s something that doesn’t happen often. It was a refreshing treat and I hated to see the story end. With wonderfully written characters, a fantastic setting, and action that will keep you on the edge of your seat, this book is a gem of a read. Not to mention the fact that it also has characters involved in a relationship that takes time to grow and flourish. A Policy of Lies is a must read that will not disappoint those who enjoy futuristic suspense novels.
