Parmas City is the home to human, demons and sorcerers. With this variety comes the need of a special brand of cops who are tough, reliable and up to the challenge of fighting crimes of the supernatural kind – Hell Cops.

Next of Kin by Astrid Amara - 5 Nymphs
Jay Yervant has not had real physical contact in years. His powers can turn a gentle caress into first-degree burns. When Brian Day, a Parmas City Hospital employee touches him with no evidence of damage, Jay becomes infatuated. A sinister sorcerer has set his sights on Brian and Jay may lose his life while trying to protect his young lover.

Red Sands by Nicole Kimberling - 5 Nymphs
Anthropologist Michael Gold has returned home to find his home in shambles and his father missing. If that weren’t enough, being half-demon means facing the Hell Cops when he is framed for murder. What he doesn’t expect is to meet Detective Dion Marius Argent, a man he knows intimately. Will Argent find the culprit before Michael comes to an early demise?

Touching Sparks by Ginn Hale - 5 Nymphs
Photojournalist James Sparks has grown into a fine young man. He turns to Detective Ben Moran for help to shut down the demonic drug traffic underworld of sorcery and blood sports. His tenacity in gathering the needed data is a pleasant surprise for Moran. However, the feelings he is harboring for James take him more by storm. Will Moran admit his feelings before it is too late?

Hell Cop is a collection of wonderfully written stories about dominant men and the men who showed them the way to love and ecstasy. Each story brings its own spin of the life of a Hell Cop. Each character is strong, fierce, smart and great at his job. I loved the fact that each of the Hell Cops had his own unique ability. In addition, the stories are linked as the characters flow in and out of the stories, even if just shortly. I truly hope there is a Hell Cop sequel in the makings. Moreover, I have to admit Touching Sparks will remain with me for a while, just because of the bunny suit alone. There is not a dull moment in this anthology.
