Ryan is dissatisfied with his personal life but doesn’t know why. He also doesn’t understand why, all of the sudden, he is craving Martin, one of his brother’s employees.

Martin is not falling for a straight man. Unfortunately, someone forgot to tell his heart that. Working with Ryan on a new project may not be the smartest thing in the world either. Yet he can’t seem to help himself on either count.

With Ryan’s Harbor, author Viki Lyn has written an interesting story of two young men who have very much in common. Ryan and Martin have both experienced tragic losses that shaped them into the men they are today. Unfortunately, those losses kept them from forming permanent relationships, leaving both of them wanting more in their lives. That changes when Ryan and Martin are thrown together. The author takes the reader, along with the men, on their road of discovery. Both men are struggling with feelings of guilt and worthlessness. As a result their relationship is not an easy one, but the writer’s ability to make you care for the characters has you hoping that things will work out.

Although this is a follow up of a previous story, Ryan’s Harbor can be read alone; however, be warned as it will make you want to get the other book.
