After Keko and Mac hook up at a convention, they end up thrown together when a bomb is found in Mac’s bailiwick.  Keko is a demolitions expert and the only person that knows about this particular type of bomb, as it was the same type that killed her father.  Mac, a former SEAL, knows he needs her expertise, even though he really doesn’t want her around this particular bomb.

The third The Men of Sanctuary series book, Bombshell, takes us into the world of home-grown terrorism that ends up in a sleepy town in Maine.  I have to give the author kudos for the amount of research she has done to make this book a spine-tingling suspense story.  There were a lot of times that I waited with bated breath for a resolution and was pleasantly surprised.  I also give kudos to Ms. St. Como for some of her explanations because they are all too true.

Quite a few characters showed their particular expertise in this story and we are sure to see more of some in future books.  Mac and Keko have a lot of chemistry though neither is sure where their relationship may lead as both have a very keen sense of responsibility toward their respective careers.

I am enjoying the twists and turns of this series and can’t wait to see what the author has in store next.  I can say I will be reading this series again.
