Taylor Sullivan is a wedding consultant with a secret….she is a virgin! Her clients are asking her questions about sex that she cannot answer so she looks for a man to give her a one-night stand to solve her problem. Taylor chooses Cade Harper, a man with a bad boy image and a trail of broken hearts behind him. Taylor propositions Cade with a deal. He teaches her about sex and then she helps promote his bar. Fair deal, right? Unfortunately, Taylor has one other secret she neglects to tell Cade…a dead fiancée. Will Cade be able to compete with that?
I enjoyed this book because it had quite a bit of sexual tension that lead up forever before the actual sex happened. The characters had heart and soul. I felt myself getting teary at a point or two, feeling their pain while they were dealing with their issues. Poor Taylor had so much to deal with living in the memories of a dead fiancée and Cade dealing with his commitment issues. Reminded me of the real life issues couples face everyday. Good Job!
