Jager Cronus is a Titan – the deposed leader of the Titans, in fact – in search of romance, and he’s pretty sure he’s found it at Lucilla Wainwright’s dating service for those with paramaladies.
She fantasizes about this hunk, but tries to match him with both a selkie and a djinn. Jager, however, knows Lucilla is the one for him. She’s had a bit of a rough time as a witch. She’s displayed a big talent as a matchmaker, but very little ability as a caster of spells. She is, however, up for the next opening on the Witches Council, probably due to her powerful witching family.
This is a delightful piece of fun. Lucilla helps werewolves, satyrs and a succubus or two find true love. Her own love life may have been wanting, but she finds a lot of steam and sizzle with the handsome Titan. And together, they manage to avert disaster in the paranormal world. A colorful rumble at the Legion Halloween Dance provides the climax.
I enjoyed this visit to Sleepy Hollow Woods and plan to brush up a bit on my knowledge of mythology. I hope to hear more from MK Mancos.
