Wolf shifter Jack Ulger does not believe in ghosts, but his

they barely survived years ago.
Ghosts of Halloween is the sequel to Blind Devotion, which is part of The Shifters
series.
The plot centers on
Jack’s dislike of the craziness associated with Halloween. There are some scary
moments and a bit of a mystery. Jack is the sheriff of Haven, Montana . A town founded by and for shifters,
although there are humans living in the town also. The most important blight in
Haven is an old mill that has long since lasted its usefulness. The mill is
also a death trap.
On this Halloween,
Jack came face to face with the spirits rumored to be haunting the mill. Not
only did the experience change Jack’s perspective, several revelations of the
past motivated Jack to conquer his fears as well as put together constructive
alterations for the benefit of the town.
