What do an impromptu birthday party, a Mediterranean vacation, a college exam and a project have in common? The events involve people who know one other, and deserve a chance at love.

Dean and Neil are brothers. Dean’s vacation adventure starts out as a battle with his ex, then turns into an opportunity to discover love. Neil believes the cosmos are against him until he meets Jinx, a man who has worse luck than even Neil could possess. Nathan is pining for his roommate, and is willing to bury the bodies to help him with his dilemma. However, Gage has something else he would like to see buried. Finally, we have Andy and Luke. The men are too competitive for their own good. Is it professional rivalry or an untapped attraction that has them at each other’s throats?

I will definitely be reading Anne Cain’s Beautiful Boys again in the near future. The couples are so perfect for one another, it’s ridiculous. I have to admit I’m partial to Jinx and Neil. When Jinx started explaining just how much of a jinx he was, I couldn’t help but want to hug him, while surrounding myself with salt, clutching a rabbit’s foot and scrounging around for a four leaf clover. Ms. Cain knows how to balance out a story, and ensure it’s not just several pages of lava quality sex. Nevertheless, I will warn you to keep the fans on high and the cold cola ready and waiting. Ms. Cain overlaps the stories just enough to introduce the other characters without distracting from the pairing she is currently writing about. It made me anxious to get to the next character’s story. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Beautiful Boys and have no doubt that this fast-pace story is sure to please readers of the genre.
