Marr Hingo is a calm, sensible farmer who makes his living growing crops and tending his herd of lamida. He’s lived alone since his lover, Sasch, died after he left their home to fight against the vicious force swarming through the galaxy. Life is hard under the local administrator of the occupying military force, but Marr works hard and tries not to dwell on what he can’t control.

Life goes on and spring arrives, but so to does an unconscious star fighter pilot. Marr might not want to leave his home to fight, but he’s determined to find the man and keep him safe from the troops canvassing the area. When the pilot, Davan Siedal, regains consciousness, something happens that Marr didn’t expect; a quick and intense attraction neither man can deny. Yet the war rages around them and in a short time, Davan will go back to the fighting, leaving Marr alone again. Can these two lovers find a way to make their love work or will the war and enemy drive them apart forever?

Star Flyer has a little bit of everything…action, adventure, suspense, intergalactic war, love, passion and a lecherous military administrator. It also has a smooth flowing plot and two men that are so opposite in every way that it’s difficult to imagine they can ever turn their crash-ignited passion into a permanent relationship. Yet underneath it all, each man fills the void in the other’s life. Marr is warm, caring, tender and strong, while Davan is resourceful, passionate, and filled with an adventuresome spirit that draws Marr like a moth to a flame. These two men are perfect together and when they get the chance to work for a common cause…the resistance, watch out.
