Endangered is book 1 in the Shadow Cats series. The plot unfolds with Tony and his younger sister Katrina searching for ways to save the jungle cats from extinction, while Christian believes the rumors that the cat’s body possesses the secret of longevity for man and is looking for ways to make a profit. Stryker is supposed to kill Tony, yet there is an attraction between the two. Gabrina Garza presents a creative and intricate story of man’s destruction of the planet and the creatures who suffer from it. All the elements of an incredible cliffhanger can be found in Endangered, sinister deceptions yet touching moments, sensual love play and awareness of the predicament of jungle animals. This is a most impressive saga and I look forward to the next episode.
