Stevie Woods' On Reflection centers on Nicolo d’Volenzkya and his life as a vampire. We see how Nic struggles not to let his need for blood get out of hand while he learns about his new life. We also see how his relationships with his sire and the two men he loves shapes the decisions he makes. While the story as a whole was a good one and the relationships were complex, I found that at times it moved a little slowly for me.
