One kiss and the revelation was clear for wolf shifter Josiah Baker; snow leopard Oscar Travis was his mate but Josiah did not think Oscar was aware of that fact, especially when Oscar ran away. However, Josiah had Oscar’s scent and there was nowhere Oscar could go that Josiah wouldn’t find him.

Oscar is the second book in the Leopard's Spots series. The well-written action plot illustrates emotional turmoil, discovery of an evil plan devised by a psycho, humorous character interaction as well as exceptionally sensual mating.

Discovering Josiah is his mate, Oscar undergoes several emotional transformations. The burden of guilt over killing an attacker threatening his family slowly lifted when Oscar realized he is a natural guardian and that sometimes death is a part of protecting love ones. Josiah, who is an Alpha, discovered that he enjoyed allowing the equally Alpha Oscar to be in control sometimes. Oscar and Josiah’s personalities compliment each other; Oscar is feisty, quick to jump to conclusions, while Josiah scrutinizes an issue from all sides before making a plan of action.

Bailey Bradford has created an exciting saga. I particularly enjoyed the comical meet-and-greet the family interactions between the characters.

Reader Advisory: This book is part of a series and is best read in sequence.
