Club Shadowlands, the first book in the Masters of the Shadowlands series, can be taken as an introduction to the bondage lifestyle. Jessica takes an emotional journey discovering things about herself and letting her insecurities out. The scenes between Jessica and Master Z were so hot that ice-cubes and cold showers were the order of the day. The author is very knowledgeable about the bondage lifestyle and I have to say this is one of the best books I have read, for anyone thinking about trying the lifestyle. Ms. Sinclair not only wrote her story with all the safeguards woven within, she included a blurb about safety measures before you started reading the book. Ms. Sinclair definitely deserves kudos. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.
