Eric and Nick have been a couple for three years. They have careers they enjoy, family and friends they love, and the freedom to enjoy life the way they see fit.

Trevor is a 14-year-old boy, whose whole life has just been turned upside down. Thrown out of the house after coming out to his overly religious parents, he finds himself on the streets.

When the lives of these three cross, none of them will be the same again.

Steve Sampson’s Saving Trevor was a very enjoyable read. The love and passion Eric and Nick show each other is beautifully portrayed by the author. Rather than messing up their relationship, the introduction of Trevor into their family only strengthens it. The author also does an excellent job showing all the emotions Trevor experiences as he comes to terms with himself as a young gay male and what that means to his relationship with his parents.
