Michael Ballantyne, who lives in Los Angeles, is confused by repeating erotic dreams of him and a stranger. When he is informed that he is the new owner of Bedford Park, a large estate in Hertfordshire, England Michael is sure this is a mistake. Upon his arrival in England, Michael is convinced that this is somehow connected to the dreams. Within a few days, Michael meets Jonathan Robertson, the man who is the exact image of the man in his dreams come to life. Both men soon discover that they have a mutual attraction to each other and that they are having the same dreams. Over the next several days as they attempt to grasp the meaning of how and why they were brought together, the secrets of Bedford Park, along with the hidden dangers, begin to be revealed.

Time After Time is a captivating mystery and a beautiful love story. The well-written intricate plot builds from the beginning to the breathtaking conclusion. I was held spellbound as each layer of the intriguing puzzle unfolds. Michael and Jonathan are realistic characters with natural curiosity and loveable personalities, the secondary characters along with the tidbits of history and a little humor added just enough backdrops for attention-grabbing visualization. J.P. Bowie has created a fascinating who-done-it storyline that I enjoyed immensely.
