Artorius--Arthur--has become a man and he's eager to prove it. He travels to Gaul to find his father and in the process, discovers his 'Queen of Love': Petuaria. Arthur's prowess in battle is formidable, but there are forces at work against him. He must return to his homeland when he learns of his mother's passing, and discovers a plot by his brother to steal Petuaria from under him.

The Queen of Love is just as grand as its prequel, The King of Love. I must admit that I enjoyed this one more, if only because it focused on Arthur as an adult. While this book didn't fare much better in terms of editing, it is an easier read. There are a few instances of 'telling' and not 'showing', but overall, the story itself draws you in to the point where it's easier to overlook the flaws in this one.
