Rex knows it’s not good to mix business with pleasure when it comes to one of the fallen angels, but Rion has burrowed deep within his heart. They have to contend with a succubus and Rion’s past if there is even an iota of a chance for the two men to find happiness.
Bad Angels: Falling is the first installment of the Belinda McBride’s new Bad Angels series, and what a way to begin the series. We meet Rion, one of the fallen, whose demeanor and actions leads you to believe he should be anything but. Then there’s Rex, a Sidhe who is honor bound to do his job, but misses companionship that doesn’t require the use of glamour to protect his identity. I loved the connection they built over time, each becoming an integral part in the others existence; a solid link to happiness and contentment. This was definitely a wonderful story, with a touch of suspense added to keep things flowing and engaging. I’m starting to become a fan of a man who knows how to use every appendage he’s blessed to have in his arsenal. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this installment and look forward to reading more about Rex and Rion.
