Months have passed since Ali Hernandez got kicked to the curb because of her virginity status. She was finally moved on from the heartbreak. At a friend’s party, she gets a chance to put her new attitude to the test when Ali runs into the man who left her high and dry. Now maybe she can convince Jonas that she is ready to walk on the wild side with him.
Running into Ali again brought back the same old emotions for Jonas Lennox. He still wants her, even though Ali doesn’t think so. Deep down, Jonas feels that Ali is too good for him and he refuses to be the man to tarnish her. When it comes to sex, Jonas knows that his desires might be too much for Ali to deal with. Even though he is not happy about it, being apart was the only solution he could come up with. However, Jonas was not prepared for the fact that Ali might have found a replacement for him.
Soaked will most definitely leave you drenched with sweat from the powerful scenes. Jonas tries his best to shock Ali, but she faces it all like a woman on a mission. When Ali and Jonas come together it’s so memorable, and they more than make up for lost time. I was glad to see that Ali was more open-minded than I originally thought. I only wish less time had passed before the couple was able to resolve their misunderstanding. Jonas should have shared his bedroom expectations with Ali sooner and given her the chance to decide if she could handle them. Jonas was too hard on himself, but I rejoiced when Ali was able to wear him down. Soaked is a beautiful story about second chances and I’m glad I gave it a chance.
