Anne Cain brings us a nontraditional Christmas celebration in Pawprints 3: Giving and Taking. Adrian is having a hard time getting Lal to understand the depth of his feelings, and Marty is upset over a situation brewing in James’ world. However, that doesn’t stop the men from loving their partners; it reinforces their efforts to get their point across. Ms. Cain’s scene settings make this book pleasurable. And, the quick wit of not just the main characters, but the supporting cast made me giggle. As always, Adrian and Lal know how to heat up the pages with erotic paradise passion laced in love. I found the story to be an enjoyable quick read.
