Teddi flies to Germany to confront the tour operator that reneged on a contract. On the plane, she meets David Stiefle. David is a German businessman, whose cousin happens to be the tour operator that Teddi is trying to confront.
There are several misunderstandings between Teddi and David. David is under the impression she is married because she is still wearing her ring, though she is a widow. Teddi has to overcome several insecurities and open her heart to a new love.
David’s problems involve an audit by the German government, but also the fact that his cousin is embezzling from David’s companies. David’s cousin, Claus, also tries to stir up a lot of trouble between Teddi and David.
Teddi Turns On is the first book of the Magnificent Men of Munich series. Ms. Taylor transports you to Germany and gives you a fly on the wall view of Teddi and David’s relationship. It is well written and I actually resented being interrupted while I was reading this. Teddi Turns On is one for the bookshelf.
